NOTES: The club is incorporated to protect the owner from liability in the
event a club member decides to sue. The club paid for $150 worth of
gifts which were distributed to members at the recent club holiday
party. Occasionaly, the club will pay for an event leaders expenses
for leading an event. The club often pays up front for event deposits.
For example approx $850 to reserve power boats for the July Scalloping
event. The deposits must be made long before members have paid for
their share of the event. Our Administrative Assistant worked on a
new look and feel for the website... she is a professional freelance
website designer and expects to be paid for her services.
