| Public details: OK, so this is a Tom Sawyer plea, except we aren't painting a fence, we are clearing Kudzu off a section of my property. I have an area that is overwhelmed with Air Potato. I am asking for a group of folks to come out --if we can get a good bunch, it really won't take long--maybe an hour--pull it out and burn it, then have dinner and watch a funny documentary about Kudzu (similar to Air Potato but not the same) that was made back in the 90s--it explains the history of kudzu with some amazing photography of places taken over by the vine, and interviews some very colorful and strange characters who have either been battling it, or have befriended it by making wine, or baskets and crafts out of it. |
